1. Paneer Cubes with Breadcrumbs
Ingredients: Paneer – 200 grams
Breadcrumbs – 1 cup
Maida – 2 tablespoons
Red Chili Powder – ½ teaspoon
Garam Masala – 1 teaspoon
Salt – According to Taste
Oil – For Frying
Recipe: Cut paneer into small pieces.
Add red chili powder, garam masala into Maida and add little water to make a paste.
Add firstly paneer cubes in this paste than add in breadcrumbs.
Heat oil when oil heats add this paneer pieces in oil.
When it will be golden than remove from oil place in plate.
Serve with chutney.

2. Vegetable Balls Breadcrumbs
Ingredients: Mix Vegetables (Boil- Carrot, Capsicum, Beans, Corn, Peas etc.)
Breadcrumb – 1/2 Cup
Black Pepper Powder – 1/4 Teaspoon
Chaat Masala – 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt – According to Taste
Oil – For Frying
Recipe: Take a bowl mash all boil vegetables.
Add all spices in it.
Take a small size ball.
Add this balls in breadcrumbs.
Heat oil when oil heated add this Balls in it, when it became golden brown and crispy remove from oil.
Serve with Tomato Ketchup or Mint Coriander Chutney.

3. Crispy Cutlet with Breadcrumbs
Ingredients: Boiled Potatoes- 2
Breadcrumbs – ½ cup
Capsicum- ¼ cup
Onion- ¼ cup chop
Coriander Powder- ½ spoon
Red Chili Powder – ½ teaspoon
Garam Masala – 1 teaspoon
Salt- According to Taste
Oil – For Frying
Recipe: mesh boil potatoes in bowl add chopped vegetables in it.
Add all masala and with the help of hand make cutlet according to your choice size and shape.
Add cutlet in this breadcrumb and press it little bit so breadcrumbs add perfectly in cutlet.
Heat oil when oil heated add this cutlet in it, when it becomes crispy remove from oil.
Serve with your favorite sauces, chutney and dips. Whatever you like.

4. Stuffed Capsicum with Breadcrumbs
Ingredients: Capsicum – 4-5(Remove all seeds from capsicum)
Boil Potato – 2
Breadcrumbs – 1 Cup
Red Chili Powder – ½ teaspoon
Garam Masala – 1/2 teaspoon
Roasted Cumin Powder – ½ teaspoon
Coriander Powder – ½ teaspoon
Salt- According to Taste
Oil – For Roasting
Recipe: Take a bowl mash boil potato.
Add all the spices in it, add breadcrumbs in it.
Mix all mixture very well. Add this mixture in inside the capsicum.
Add oil in tawa or skillet, place capsicum in it.
Cover the pan low the heat, lets capsicum crispy.
Check every 4-5 min, when capsicum become soft and little brownish. switch off gas.
Serve this stuffed Capsicum with Paratha, Roti, Poori.

5. Potato Wedges Breadcrumb
Ingredients: Boil Potato – 3
Breadcrumbs – 1/2 Cup
Corn Flour – 1 Tablespoon
Maida – 1 Tablespoon
Red Chili Powder – 1/2 Teaspoon
Tomato Sauce – 2 Teaspoon
Soya Sauce – 1 Teaspoon
Black Pepper Powder – 1/4 Teaspoon
Chaat Masala – 1/2 Teaspoon
Fresh Coriander – 2 Teaspoon (Chopped)
Salt – According to Taste
Oil – For Frying
Recipe: Cut boil potato in lengthwise like wedges.
Take Maida, corn flour and salt mix these add little water to make a paste.
Tale lengthwise cut potato add this paste than further add in breadcrumbs.
Heat oil when heated add this potato in it, when it became golden and crispy remove from oil.
Take a little oil in a wok or pan when it little heated add soya sauce, tomato sauce mix well add fried potato in it mix it well.
Sprinkle black pepper powder mix well and garnish with coriander leaves.
Delicious Potato Wedges ready serve it enjoy.

6. Besan Pakoda with Breadcrumbs
Ingredients: Gram Flour – 1/2 Cup
Breadcrumbs – 1 Cup
Coriander Powder – 1/2 Teaspoon
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 Teaspoon
Red Chili Powder – 1/2 Teaspoon
Green Chilies – 1(Chopped)
Fresh Coriander – 2 Teaspoon (Chopped)
Salt – According to Taste
Oil – For Frying
Recipe: Take a bowl add Gram Flour, all spices, fresh coriander, green chills and finely add breadcrumbs.
Add salt and little by little add water to make a thick paste or batter.
Heat oil in pan or wok when oil heated add little portion from batter and put in oil loke pakora shape.
Fry till golden brown and crispy.
Serve with Tomato Ketchup or Green Mint Coriander Chutney.
