Ragi Idli

Idli is made from many things, and all are liked by people because of their different tastes. Ragi Idli is good for health. Ragi contains abundant nutrients. Ingredients:
Ragi flour – 1 cup
Semolina – 1 cup
Sour curd – 1 cup
Baking soda – 1/4 tsp
Salt – as per taste
Water – 1 cup

Method:
First of all, put semolina (rava) in a pan and dry roast it on medium flame for 2-3 minutes. After this, take it out in a big vessel and cool it. Once rava cools add ragi flour and mix it well. Always keep the ratio of ragi and semolina the same. Now add curd and salt as per taste and mix with the help of a spoon. Now keep the prepared mixture aside for half an hour. After the stipulated time, take the mixture and add water as per requirement and mix it properly and prepare the batter. Now add a pinch of baking soda to it. After this, take the idli pot and apply oil in all its compartments. After this, put the prepared idli batter in all the compartments. Now steam the idli for 10 minutes on medium flame. After this, open the pot and check whether the idli is cooked properly or not. If the idli is cooked, take it out of the pot and keep it aside for 5 minutes. After this, take out all the idlis one by one from it. Similarly, prepare Ragi Idli with all the batter.
