Recipe Ingredients:
Dates (seeded) – 1 cup
Pumpkin seeds – 2 tbsp
Sunflower seeds – 2 tbsp
Sesame (white or black) – 2 tbsp
Chia seeds – 1 tbsp
Almonds – ¼ cup
Walnuts – ¼ cup
Grated coconut – 2 tbsp
Desi ghee – 1 tbsp
Cardamom powder – ½ tsp

Method:
